Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

   • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
   • Domestic shipping (US) takes 3-5 business days via USPS.
   • International shipping times vary by destination (7-14 business days).

2. Shipping Costs & Insurance

   • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
   • Optional shipping insurance is available and recommended for items over $50.
   • For orders over $200, we strongly recommend selecting shipping insurance.
   • Uninsured packages are shipped at the customer's discretion and risk.

3. Package Tracking & Delivery

   • All orders include tracking information sent via email.
   • Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the seller disclaims any liability for loss or damage.
   • Signature confirmation is required for orders over $200.
   • We document all packages with photos before shipping.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

   • For insured packages: We will handle all claims and provide full refunds/replacements.
   • For uninsured packages: We will assist with carrier claims but cannot guarantee full compensation.
   • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery for damaged items.
   • Missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

5. International Orders

   • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
   • We mark all international orders with accurate values for customs.
   • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing.
